The Twirps - a Parody of The Smurfs

I wrote this when I was a child, so don't pay so much attention to the grammar and lack of vocabulary skills.  I find it interesting though that my sense of humor is rampant in this story...which you will find in my other stories.  I corrected some grammar with enclosed greater than/less than symbols<>.

Enclosed in a forest. somewhere in the land of Dwildin <is> a group of creatures called <the> Twirps.  These Twirps are little, green, and wear funny little hats shaped like bread loaves.  Each Twirp that lives in the Twirp Village, as it is called, has their own personality and their own special ability.

There's Dada Twirp who runs the village.  He is different from the others because he wears a white loaf hat while the others wear blue ones.  There's <also> Whimpy Twirp who is the strongest Twirp in the village.  There's Cookin' Twirp who is famous for making TV dinners for the Twirps.  There's Brainless Twirp who is stuck up and always writes stupid books that none of the Twirps read.  There's Arrogant Twirp who always carries a mirror around and looks at himself 24 hours a day.  There's Jester Twirp who does the same hand buzzer trick to the Twirps <over and over again and every single day...several times a day>.  There's Drowsy Twirp who sits on his rear all day sleeping and never doing anything.  There's also Couch Potato Twirp, Drowsy's brother, who also sits on his rears <and> watches TV <all day> instead.  There's Tumble Twirp who is famous for being the clumsiest Twirp in the village.  The last of most famous Twirps is Twirpette who is the only female Twirp in the <entire> village.

The rest of the Twirps, totalling about 90 (not counting the 10 famous ones) are all worthless, stupid, or give absolutely no worthy contribution to the life <value> of the Twirp Village.  For the sake of this story, let's call this group the Generic Twirps.
